This Privacy Policy describes how Allea Solutions Corp. ("VDP Pro", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you use our dealer intelligence platform at vdppro.app (the "Platform") and related services. By using the Platform you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Demo requests and contact forms: name, dealership name, email address, and phone number.
- Account registration: name, business email, dealership name, and password.
- Billing: billing address and payment details (processed by a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor; we do not store raw card numbers).
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, click events, scroll depth, session duration, and conversion actions on your dealership's Vehicle Detail Pages (VDPs).
- Ad attribution data: click identifiers and campaign parameters from Meta Ads and Google Ads that you connect to the Platform.
- Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies: session cookies for authentication and analytics cookies for aggregate usage measurement. We do not sell cookie data to third parties.
1.3 Third-Party Integrations
When you connect third-party services (Meta Ads, Google Merchant Center, your DMS or CRM), we receive data from those services in accordance with their terms and your authorisation. We use this data solely to provide the Platform's core attribution and reporting features.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, operate, and improve the Platform and its features.
- Attribute advertising spend to specific vehicle sales and generate ROAS reports for your dealership.
- Send automated lead-follow-up emails on your behalf (bilingual drip sequences you configure).
- Respond to demo requests and customer support inquiries.
- Send product updates, usage reports, and marketing communications (you may opt out at any time).
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations in Canada.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers: email delivery (Resend), cloud hosting, analytics, and payment processors who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
- Your connected platforms: data flows to/from Meta and Google as required to sync ad attribution (you control these connections).
- Legal requirements: if required by Canadian law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate notice to you.
4. Data Retention
We retain account data for the duration of your subscription and for up to 24 months after account closure for legal and audit purposes. Lead and attribution data is retained for 36 months. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

As a Canadian resident, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Withdraw consent where our processing is based on consent, without penalty (subject to reasonable notice).
- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention obligations.
- Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC) or the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (CAI).

6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures including encrypted data in transit (TLS 1.2+), encrypted data at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we are committed to promptly notifying affected users of any material breach as required by Canadian law.
7. International Data Transfers
VDP Pro is operated from Canada. Some of our service providers (including cloud hosting and email delivery) may process data in the United States. We take steps to ensure that such transfers are protected by appropriate contractual safeguards.
8. Children's Privacy
The Platform is a business-to-business service intended for use by dealership staff and business owners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice within the Platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
